The very first reason behind choosing Outlook over any other email client for iPhone is its clean and crisp design. If you want a unique experience that is different from the traditional look and feel of iOS, choose Outlook. Across the bottom, it has five icons – Mail, Files, Calendars, People & Settings. It is laid out really very well to feel like a complete file management/communication ecosystem. You are just a tap away from exceeding your expectations. It features a light theme with blue and black text around the screen. Some people prefer darker themes but the design is very cozy to your eyes. The UI lets you to focus on what you want to see.

On the usability front, Outlook actually shines and provides enough options to you. One of the best parts of Outlook is that it supports different types of email services, including Outlook.com, Office 365, Exchange, iCloud, Yahoo, Google, and IMAP. However it doesn’t support POP3. Outlook also supports 3D Touch features in iPhones. One can simply hop right to the calendar, start new email, create new event etc. from 3D Touch menu.

Another best thing is that Outlook provides push notifications on new emails, or simply important ones with “Focused Inbox” feature. It sorts all your important emails first. Focused Inbox makes it possible by noting your past emails from your address book or a specific sender. You can also reclassify your emails on the move to train it. You can also be notified by calendar feature about next appointments and sends short mails to let you know about the meeting that you are getting late.

Outlook also has a feature to control the folder which stores all your snoozed emails. You can schedule emails for few hours, tomorrow morning, this evening, or any specific date.
